	Shops There are small general stores in Torridon, Kinlochewe, Shieldaig and Kishorn. More extensive shopping facilities are available in Lochcarron. Gairloch has a good range of shops, providing for most needs. The nearest supermarkets and major chains are to be found in Dingwall and Inverness. Note that the Torridon General Store is now closed but will be reopening under new management during 2008. A butcher's van visits Torridon on Tuesday.
