There are small general stores in Torridon, Kinlochewe, and Shieldaig. More extensive shopping facilities are available in Lochcarron. Gairloch has a good range of shops, providing for most needs. The nearest supermarkets and major chains are to be found in Dingwall and Inverness. A butcher's van visits Torridon on Tuesday. Approx. 12:00noon

There is a campsite in Torridon with toilets and showers. There is a campsite in Shieldaig suitable for caravans and tents, with access to public toilets. There are designated camping areas without facilities in Annat and Alligin. |
